Villa Tropica is simply Superb !
The home is beautiful and spacious and was more than enough room for the eight of us that were vacationing. The kitchen is very well appointed and made cooking dinners in easy.
Where this wonderful property truly shines, is in the outstanding landscaping in the backyard. The wide variety of palm trees are stunning, and create a magical oasis in the backyard by the pool.
Our group spent many an evening relaxing and socializing on the back pool deck. In fact, we cancelled our Coco Bistro dinner reservation as the ambiance in the backyard at Villa Tropica is as good if not better.
Communication with the host and property manager was excellent, and anything we needed we were offered quickly.
We feel very fortunate to have found Villa Tropica, and most definitely will be back.

Wonderful !
Property was better than the pictures! Great location just a short walk to the beach. Hosts provided all you need for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even a beach wagon to transport it all. On site pool was great at the end of the day. Property manger Tony was very responsive. Great Week for all !

Lovely location with lots of room
Just returned from a first time trip to Turks & Caicos with family of 7 (parents and 5 teen/young twenty something kids).
Villa Tropica is in a wonderful location…easy driving and a short walk to a pretty little beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, pool toys and all the kitchen tools needed were there (and a great blender for tropical drinks).
The garden is lovely but it does come with some mosquitos so bring a bit of bug spray. The owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with.

Bell Christmas & Wedding 2021
Great layout for multi-age families! Pool and toys were fabulous. A special thanks to Tony, the property manager, for having connections and helping us get fresh lobster! Great to be able to grill lobster on grill and dine out- or indoors!
Plenty of seating in villa and 8 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas for beach – were all used and very appreciated by our large group of 11. Sunset beach was our favorite! Used Island Vibes for Snorkeling was good, but we did expect a little more time than 30 min snorkeling … all their snorkel boats do follow the same routine – boat, snorkel, island stop, diving. We used Sun Charters for a beautiful wedding on the yacht – they were fabulous!
The Villa was beautiful! We were very close to the beaches and felt like we were staying in Paradise! THANK YOU! from the Lahl and Bell families

What a great property!!
Dany was very helpful as was Tony (Property Manager) We had an issue with the A/C (No fault of anyones, a surge blew the breakers) and Dany was very accomodating and worked with us on the electric bill.
I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to my friends Paul
