Excellent experience!

We had an excellent experience at Villa Tropica. We had a group of 8 staying 5 nights in mid-April.

We had a great stay

The hosts were responsive. Some things weren’t clean when we checked in and they came back to take care of the two issues we noted at that time. For that we are grateful! The grounds were like our own private jungle. The pool was clean and warm. It was handy to be able to rent a car directly from the hosts. The beach walk was as expected and it was a nice little quiet beach with beautiful water and sand.

Loved our stay here!

This is a lovely, spacious house located within easy walking distance of Pelican Beach and a short driving distance to several others. Just a few minutes drive to coffee, groceries & shopping, but in a lovely, quiet & secure residential development. Beach chairs & umbrellas were great. Pool was lovely. Site manager Emily was excellent & responsive. We booked this last minute, when our original house fell through, and were completely happy with it!

amazing time here!

Our group of 8 had an amazing time here! They provided a case of water and light toiletries in the starter kit. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. were included. The beach was a pleasant 10 min walk or 2 min drive. We even did a snorkeling excursion where they picked us up on our beach. The property was beautiful. The palm trees and landscaping made it feel like we were in our own little oasis.

It gave plenty of privacy from neighbors. As we were leaving we got a knock on the door with a delivery of subs from the property manager, which a nice surprise! Overall we had a 10/10 experience and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay!

The host and entire staff were wonderful, the communication and response was easy and fast! Beautiful pool, and house was very clean and beautiful!
