Great location and property amenities

I stayed with 7 other adult friends for a couple of days and thoroughly enjoyed being in a well furnished property within a safe and clean neighborhood.

Being able to walk to a beach within 5 minutes was also very convenient.

The location was great too – just a quick 10 mins drive or moderate walk to the part of town with nice restaurants and shops.
The property manager and his staff were always accesible and provided many tips to improve our stay in the island.

GREAT VACATION !!!!!

The property was great. The owner was very friendly and responsive. The house was awesome. Lots of room for everyone. We were a family of 8 adults.

Everyone enjoyed themselves. The location was close to the beach and the small town.

Would definitely recommend this rental.

Great time in TCI!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tropica in TCI last week! The weather was awesome and the beaches were amazing.

The house was just what we needed, and any issues that came up, Bob and his team handled immediately. It fit our two families (9 people all together) just fine and the pool was so fun for everyone! The beach equipment was perfect for our needs – chairs, umbrella, cooler, and some toys!

Master bedrooms king beds were comfy. And the cars rented with the house were definitely a plus, and Bob helped us with transportation to/from the airport, which was much appreciated.

Highlights were snorkeling at Coral Gardens, Sapodilla Bay jet skiing, and a private boat tour that was loads of fun!
Thanks Bob, Graham, Dany and everyone who made our stay at TCI a memorable one!

Family vaca in Turks

We had a wonderful stay in Turks. Bob, the owner was very attentive to all of our needs. He gave us information about the island, restaurants etc.

He even brought us sandwiches for our flight back home!!! After we left the property, my nephew realized that he left an air pod in the house.

Bob plans to mail it to him soon!!! Thanks Bob!!!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

We absolutely loved the home and the location. About a three block walk to the closest beach or you could make the short drive if you preferred.

Bob the owner lives right around the corner so he is close if anything goes wrong. He met us at check-in and showed us around. He was fantastic to work with and there if we needed anything (for instance several remote TV and fan batteries were dead and he brought out new ones in no time at all).

The house does have a car you can rent. It was not big enough for what we needed but if you need a car for five people or less it is so much nicer than the rental cars at the airports and it has the driver stuff on the left side like the US unlike the rental cars which had the driver on the right side.

We can’t wait for our next trip to Turks and would stay hear again 100% if available when we go.
