Plenty of space for 10!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Tropica. We had two families, including 4 adults and 6 teenagers. The house had plenty of room to spread out.

We enjoyed the house and the grounds and loved having our own pool. The location is very nice and safe.

The house was equipped nicely with everything we could possibly need and made for a very comfortable stay. I would recommend either getting a rental vehicle or driver when there.

There is a beach within walking distance, but there are many fantastic beaches all around the island, so it’s nice being able to get to several of them.

We used Rueben as our driver for the week. Thank you so much. We had a great trip!

Villa Tropica was Fabulous!

We had an amazing stay at the Villa, there were 8 adults, and the space made it so we had privacy if we wanted.

We all agreed the pool, deck, and patio with the long table were our faves! That is where we spent most of our time when we were there, we gathered in the morning and evening after the beach, snorkeling, etc.

The lush tropical setting was beautiful! The Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

The beach was a short walk, and having the bikes was nice to ride around to see the area.

We rented a van from Grace Bay Car Rental, they were very accommodating. They transported our luggage to and from the airport for us.

I highly recommend this property!

Amazing home!

The well appointed home, the location to the beach, the pool! There was so much outdoor living space that our large group was able to spread out or congregate together.

The bedrooms were comfortable and being able to walk across the steeet to the beach access was fantastic. We also took bikes just a short mile down the road to another beach with a beach bar and restaurant.

We had use of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers, all in very nice shape. If you love to walk, the beach sand is pristine and will take your breath away with the views!

Dany and Robert were available to us and very accommodating. We were greeted and were able to call upon them anytime.

This home is a gem! Thank you!!!

Perfect New Year’s week in Turks & Caicos

We really loved our stay here. The house was great for our 2 families with four teenagers. The house was incredibly well equipped, and we really appreciated the coolers, towels and beach chairs for our excursions.

The location was easy to walk or bike to the beach. We ended up exploring different beaches most days because we had rental cars. It was fun to snorkel on the reefs just off the beaches on Bight and Smith’s Bay beaches and watch the kite boarding off of Long Bay beach.

We were surprised that most beaches and restaurants weren’t all that crowded for New Year’s week. Robert had lots of great suggestions for us, and we really enjoyed the meal that Nicky prepared for us.

It was very relaxing and low key, and our week went by much too fast!

Property was lovely, very well equipped. Great for a large family gathering.

I would recommend this property highly. We all had a wonderful time in Turks and Caicos. Great for a family vacation.
