Beautiful home. Great Owners and staff
My family and I spent 10 wonderful days in this lovely home. The layout is wonderful for a big family. Lots of space to be together and lots of areas for quite times. Bed linens and towels were a very nice quality and plentiful. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with ample supplies of China , glassware & cutlery.
Pool is amazing. Totally relaxing vacation. The beach is a short walk from the house and the family enjoyed snorkeling right in this area. Bring plenty of sun protection as it is expensive to buy.
Fritz provided us with beautiful fresh coconuts from the garden. Robert was available, always with a smile, to answer our questions. & Nicole and her parner had the place shining and were completely unobtrusive.

Gorgeous setting with an amazing pool and patio area! The house is so beautiful and well equipped!!
We just loved our time at Villa Tropica! It truly was even more beautiful than the pictures! The house was so roomy and clean and had everything we needed!
We cooked breakfast and lunch in the gorgeous kitchen and even had a personal chef, Dwight, come to the house to prepare an amazing dinner!
The outside was even more spectacular!!! We loved the pool, which was so large and great with the lighting!! It was so nice having the bikes at the house too-we rode almost every morning!
At the end of the street, we found the most amazing, beautiful beach and most days it was only our family enjoying this piece of paradise!!! The opposite direction from our house was another gorgeous beach, Sunset beach, which was not crowded either! The most amazing water we have ever seen!!!
It was so nice having the property managers, Robert and Florence, right down the road! They were available if we needed anything and stopped by to give us great information on where to eat and visit!! We took a wonderful snorkeling tour and a fun brewery tour. We truly enjoyed our visit to the island and our stay at beautiful Villa Tropica!!

Exquisite home & beaches!
Our families had such a wonderful time at Villa Tropica! The home was beautiful and plenty spacious to accommodate our party of 10. We enjoyed having such a well-equipped kitchen to cook and several places to sit and eat.
The pool and garden areas were so peaceful that you almost forget there are beaches a short distance away.
We would definitely recommend that you rent a car so the drive to and from the airport and grocery store are easier. Also so you can get out to the Thursday Fish Fry! It was a great place to sample the local delicious food and do a little shopping!
The only advice we would give is that you will need to budget for AC use. The great room was not exactly cool because we were afraid of the extra expense for AC. But the units and fans in the bedrooms kept everyone comfortable at night which was important to us.
We look forward to the next trip back to Provo!

Gorgeous villa – private paradise
Gorgeous Villa with an awesome outdoor space and private pool located minutes from the infamous Turks & Caicos beaches!
This villa is amazing! It’s so nice and spacious! The outdoor area is amazing and the convenience of a private pool made our visit even better (especially with young kids).
It’s only minutes from some amazing beaches and close to various bars & restaurants. It’s also close to the grocery store if you opt to stay home and cook.
The owners were extremely prompt in their communication and were very accommodating to our travel plans. And the house manager was extremely helpful. He greeted us upon arrival and was so helpful recommending places to eat, beaches to visit, local events etc. This was our second stay at Villa Tropica and we would love to go again!
