Relaxing
My family and i had a great relaxing time at Turks. The property was near some very vacant and beautiful beaches. Sand did not even have footprints, that’s how private it felt.
We also felt very safe in the neighborhood and the villa.
If you can afford a trip to Turks I would definitely recommend this Villa.

Totally Relaxing!
We were 6 adults!! Beautiful villa! Beautiful Pool! Enough space for everyone to stretch out. Definitely rent a car. (Drive on the left hand side of the road. )
Rent a private charter boat, well worth it!! Barbecue, eat out and bring plenty of bug spray and hydrocortisone cream. Very helpful staff!!!

Great GIRLS trip
We were 6 women, 3 sisters with each of their daughters. The accommodations were fabulous.
The location was the best location on the island. I do recommend renting a vehicle to get around.
We would definitely go back again and recommend this property to anyone traveling to Turks and Caicos. We had a wonderful time. The island is beautiful.

Wonderful Villa
We had an amazing time in Turks and Caicos and Villa Tropica.
The villa is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Dany the owner and Robert the property manager were both so accommodating and helpful. Their replies to inquiries were prompt and courteous.
A short walk or drive from the villa is the most beautiful and secluded beach. It wasn’t high season when we were there, but there was never more than 10 other people besides our family on the beach.
Included in the villa rental are chairs, umbrella and beach towels which made our days on the beach complete.
The pool is wonderful also for evening swims! We highly recommend Villa Tropica and hope that we might visit again someday soon!

Wonderful property
Villa Tropica was a great place for our Turks and Caicos vacation. We are a group of 4 couples that have been renting villas for beach vacations for many years, all over the Caribbean.
The house is as pictured and is in very good condition. The beds are a bit soft, but nice linens and assorted pillows. The house is well stocked with kitchen items and spices. There was plenty of space to hang out for all us, both inside and outside.
The many ceiling fans throughout the house were welcomed and we only needed the AC in the upstairs bedroom at night. Otherwise we were happy with the Caribbean breezes to cool us off.
The location of the house is in a quiet neighboorhood with easy beach access. Our favorite beach, Sunset Beach, was a 3 minute car ride or 10-15 minute walk. The beaches and water of Grace Bay are truly beautiful! But not really any beach shade, so bring the umbrella and chairs provided. But such clear water that you can see the fish swimming around your feet!
The pool at the house is great too and we used it daily. Lots of chairs and lounges poolside and lots of sun and shade space in the entire backyard. We did have a problem with those pesky no-see-ums in the evenings. Lots of bites, so make sure to bring insect repellent and use it.
I would also say that a car is a must here. The house is a few miles from stores and restaurants. There isn’t much on this island but beaches, but that’s what you come for!
Robert, the house manager was wonderful!! Always checking to make sure we were ok and very responsive when we had questions. He is a great asset.
All in all, I would recommend this property without hesitation. Dany was very responsive in the booking process and seems to be an involved owner.
