Villa Tropica 5 Stars Reviews

Everything about Villa Tropica was absolutely perfect! We were in town for a family vacation and we were a very large group (11 people including 2 young children ages 1 and 3 years old). We could not have imagined a better experience! We searched diligently for a house that would accommodate the entire family comfortably and I am so thrilled we decided on Villa Tropica.

The house is beautifully decorated and is large enough to fit a huge party—none of us ever felt crowded at all. The photos do not do this home justice! It has a great layout and everyone had plenty of space. The pool and entire outdoor garden is incredible. It is huge and every day we would discover something new out there; The adorable hammock, the walkway around the garden, the outdoor grill and dining area, even an outdoor ‘living room’! The villa is secluded (fence, gate and trees) and is in one of the most convenient locations! We were within walking distance to the most beautiful beach any of us had ever seen.

It is secluded so we pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves. I would recommend renting a car to get into town or explore the island since taxis can get a bit pricey. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING. Even a garage full of bicycles, beach chairs, toys and sand castle stuff for the kids—they loved it! We couldn’t have planned for a more perfect destination.

The broker, Charlene, was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She is excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!

One of the young ladies, Nicole, who was cleaning the villa has been truly extraordinary in helping us out with our arrangements to get to the airport tomorrow morning for a 7AM flight. We needed to be picked up at the villa no later than 4:45AM and the taxi driver was just unable to understand what we were asking.

She has taken it upon herself to be our travel agent, calling the driver, confirming the time and pick up and amount of luggage and on top of that giving us a 4:30 wake up call. She deserves the highest recognition for above and beyond assistance.

Wonderful stay in an enchanting environment. The palm garden is wonderful and the pool is beautiful. The villa was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with hotel amenities. We appreciated our bike rides.

The beach is very close at walking distance. We went snorkeling almost every day at the beach near the villa, without having to travel by car. It was absolutely perfect. There are also other beautiful dive sites a little further away. I would recommend this villa to everyone, we will definitively return.

This was a beautiful private villa! The villa had everything in it that you need! Bikes, play toys for the kids, full kitchen ( excluding food) etc..The Villa was only minutes away from a gorgeous beach and just a bike ride away to Blue Haven resort which there was lots of different activities and shopping near by.

The house was a great location! It is a quick bike / drive from town, the golf course, restaurants, shopping and just minutes away by walking to beautiful private beaches!

The only down side we had when we were there was 4/7 of us got bit bad by some of the mosquitoes. So make sure you pack some bug repellant and after- bite as well! Over all the villa is a place you can call home for the week, definitely recommended!

Sorry to hear about the bites and it is a good suggestion to pack spray especially for days when the wind is still. The screens on the windows and the doors also offer protection when indoors. First and foremost, this was my first trip to the Caribbean ever and I couldn't have planned a more perfect destination birthday party without the help of Charlene Escoe! She is an excellent broker and source of knowledge for local information (including private chef services and snorkeling trips).

I searched for the perfect beach house that would accommodate 6 friends who were flying in from all over the US and this house was amazing! The house is beautifully decorated both with comfortable furniture and local artistic accents. It has a great layout and everyone had their own space and both inside and outdoors with a poolside dining table and lounge chairs. We used the chef services that Charlene coordinated for my actual birthday dinner and it was absolutely delicious. The dinner received rave reviews from our foodie crowd, some who hailed from NYC and San Francisco. We also had a couple of self-proclaimed chefs in the group who found their way around a huge kitchen that came equipped with everything you could possibly need to serve up everything from brunch to dinner.

It was nice to have the barbeque as well when we wanted to dine outdoors poolside. The house was perfect for our group of 6 who ranged in ages from late 20s, 30s and 40s and so comfortable for lounging or formal dining. The bicycles were a great hit for morning bike rides and the laundry room was great to clean up after our daily beach trips. This truly was the most perfect house for our needs and everyone is determined to make it an annual trip.

The nearby beach was virtually secluded and so beautiful. We felt like it was our very own private beach every day we were there. We will definitely come back and have already asked Charlene to provide information for our next trip!
