Great vacations!

First, Turks & Caicos is a paradise. And we are very glad to have chosen a villa instead of a resort. This villa, particularly. Well-maintained, air-conditioning in every rooms, magnificent gardens, a large deck near the pool. A quiet site where to rest.
The villa is bigger than what it looks like on the pictures. Really beautiful and the manager gave us an excellent service and recommendations. We enjoyed the Fish Fry, a local beach party, and the Boogaloos restaurant, if you want to try the specialty of the place, the conk. I went with family and want to go back with friends.

This was our first time visiting Turks & Caicos and I have to say that it was an extremely impressive experience. We were a group of 5 adults and 4 kids ranging from 15 months to 7 years old and this home suited us perfectly.
I can tell that the pictures of the home do not due it justice as it is even more beautiful in person. In a word: Immaculate. First of all the home was amazingly clean. I mean spotless. The furnishings are all in great taste and of superior quality. Nothing about this home feels cheap or out of place. The Beds were very comfortable, the linens were excellent, beach towels were there, clean and ready to use the second we arrived.
After traveling with young children it was relief not to have to worry about the house. The gated community and gated property felt very secure and safe. The pool and property outside was just as impressive as the inside. My entire group cannot wait to get back there. The home has a resort like feel with all the privacy you could ever want.
The negatives are so minor they are hardly worth mentioning: there are mosquitos on a tropical island in July, no surprises there. Some in my party were more susceptible than others, but by and large if you use spray you will be fine. There are quite a few dogs in the area (all nice and most with collars) but they can be heard barking at night sometimes.
We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach (i timed it: 38 seconds drive, and that's with the circle and the speed bump).. We always felt close to everything. We explored the entire island and loved every part of it.
The restaurants are superb, the kids loved the Conch Farm and every beach was nicer than the last, truly some of the nicest white sand beaches I have ever seen and they were NEVER crowded. We all universally loved Villa Tropica and cannot wait to stay there again..

We took this trip on June 10-15 and as always I'm nervous about renting vacation home because you never know what to expected.
But I must say the pictures did this home no justice at all. It was very clean and it had everything you needed while you were there. I had a great time staying in this vacation home.
It was absolutely beautiful and I must say the view definitely went with the Island. I can't wait to come back and I will definitely be recommending this home to someone else!

Best Vacation EVER !

I scheduled this vacation far in advance to ensure availability of the house as well as make sure all my grown kids could come. This was a family vacation (6 of us) that was a long time in coming and I especially wanted to create life time memories for us all.
This was the first trip we had all taken together as adults! It was so awesome and totally worth it! The house was wonderful, and as said before, is exactly as described. The entire staff is warm, friendly and attentive.
Charlene was the perfect host, and addressed any needs as soon as they came up. We loved the housekeeper, Nicki! The landscape/pool 'guy' must have toiled for 12 hours getting the area ship shape (in an already idyllic garden). Having that pool all to ourselves really made the day after long hours in the sun.
The beach is just breathtaking and right around the corner. I wish I could have stayed forever....these are memories for a lifetime.

Villa was exactly as described on the website. No surprises. Villa highlight is privacy of palm tree surrounded pool. Feels like you're at a resort.
Rental agent Charlene Escoe is pleasant and easy to deal with. Highlight of Pelican Beach as it's very private and appeared to be frequented only by villa guests or owners. Favorite restaurant in Provo was Mango Reef at the Alexandria Resort. Extensive menu and excellently prepared food. Beachfront setting is great. Best snorkeling is off the beach at Bight Reef or Smith Reef.
Snorkeling excursion on the boats was more about rum punch, boat ride and conch diving than the snorkeling which was in open water and average at best.
