Perfect setting for several adult couples!

We had a group of 5 couples traveling from 4 different US states to meet for a winter get away.

Villa Tropica was a great home to accommodate all of us without feeling like we were on top of each other. We spent most every morning and evening around the pool with coffee or a cocktail just relaxing and discussing our day. The lush gardens create a nice, private atmosphere.
This was our third straight year visiting Provo and we definitely enjoyed having our own home with private pool versus staying at a condo.

Dany was quick to respond to all of our questions from prior to booking through after our stay. The property manager, Robert, was amazing. He was there to greet us upon arrival with drinks, was very helpful in making suggestions and quickly took care of any of our needs during our stay.

Thanks to all at Villa Tropica for an enjoyable stay.

Villa Tropica is pure PARADISE!

There were 8 of us in our family who were on vacation together. We loved the fact that the outside had many areas we could all gather in.

The pool was amazing. We dined outside many nights at the dining table on the patio, sat outside on the comfortable chairs reading our books, or just relaxed on the hammock! There was space for all whether you wanted quiet time or to be altogether.

We stayed in Leeward before and the beach is beautiful! We felt like we had it to ourselves all week. The house was clean and had all the amenities you could want (my only suggestion is to have a water bubbler in the house). We went through four cases of water during our stay.

Robert Corriveau, the property manager was outstanding. He was available to us at all times. We would definitely stay at this property again. Cant wait to come back.

We had such a wonderful vacation at Villa Tropica! We went to Turks and Caicos for a family vacation, we were 7 Adults and 3 children. This was my first time renting a villa and I was nervous.

I spoke with Dany and I was immediately at ease! It was just perfect!! The villa was located in the gated community of Leeward. Very safe! It was a 5 min walk to Pelican beach. The villa felt like your own private resort.

The grounds were beautiful! We enjoyed BBQ dinners most nights and went out a few others. The villa was the perfect size, it had everything you need! Beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to take for a day at the beach. The suite was located upstairs, there were two separate living rooms with TVs, tons of space.

We had no issues with mosquitoes, there were some but nothing out of control. I personally didn't get one bite! Robert was amazing, anytime we needed anything he was immediately available! I did some deep sea fishing caught a 50lb barracuda, 60lb wahoo and a 80-100lb tuna! We had so much fish to enjoy!

Our last day Dany helped us arrange a boat to take us all out for a half day of sightseeing and snorkeling! This was the best way to end out vacation! We went to the shipwreck, Iguana island, sandbar for the kids to run around and out to the big reef to snorkel which is only accessible by boat. It was amazing!

Villa Tropica was perfect, absolute paradise! Thanks to Dany and Lucie for allowing us to stay and to Robert for all his help! We will be back!

Excellent Place to Stay In TCI

Spent seven amazing nights in this home away from home little piece of heaven. We were a party of 10 - Nine adults and one 3-year-old. It was a last minute decision since some people were concerned about the Zika virus given the abundance of mosquitos as described in previous reviews.

Flying from Boston, USA in January, with snow storms and flights delayed was not easy thing but we managed to land in TCI couple hours earlier than expected - before our checkin time. As soon as we landed, we contacted Robert, the property manager, who, very warmly reassured us to head to the villa and checkin.

We rented two cars and added more designated drivers to each just in case. Keep in mind that TCI is a British oversea territory so they drive on the left side - which was very confusing to us at first but we quickly got used to it. Villa Tropica is in Leeward, a gated community, in a very nice neighborhood.

The villa was above and beyond our expectation - every single member of our family LOVED it. Even the 3-year old - she's already planing her 4th birthday party at villa tropica and she plans to invite all her friends

- LOL We enjoyed every part of the villa, the backyard with all the coconut trees, the hammock , palm trees, the pool, tropical flowers, the grill, the outdoor dinning area, the bike rides to the marina , short walks to the beach, .... WOW!

We arrived Saturday January 7th , 2017 ... the weather was very nice - it became very windy Tuesday - Thursday -- and the wind really helped because unlike what many reviewers experienced, we did not see that many mosquitos - very very few mosquitos at night - close to none

- Useful tips: 1) Rent a car 2) Shop for groceries at IGA and have your fiesta at home 3) Explore, explore Paradise - all the beaches 4) Local beer and rum are cheaper LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!!

Perfect place for our three generation travel group

Villa Tropica is everything we could have hoped for. The location was perfect: located in a quiet neighborhood in Grace Bay, walking distance to the beach, close to the grocery, very near the Conch Farm and Blue Haven Marina.

We traveled with 8 adults and 3 boys under 3. The suite was located upstairs and away from everyone else. The house included two pack n'plays and a baby feeding chair. There were also lots of beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers. The grounds of the property are amazing with so many coconut trees. We grilled out a lot and ate breakfast outside each morning.

The owner was very responsive and more than accommodating!!! The property manager was also super helpful and welcoming. We couldn't have dealt with better people. This house was actually recommended to us from friends who stayed before, and we will be sure to recommend it in the future!
