Leeward community is a safe area and the Villa Tropica provides a relaxing, enjoyable, and pleasure experience to your vacation.

There are beautiful beaches surrounding the villa and you can either walk or drive to them. They are a short distance. The local restaurants are fantastic- highly recommend the Tuscany and the Bella Luna where you will enjoy great company, views, and wonderful meals. Be sure to check out the Local Fish Fry, which embraces the culture of the island!!

If you don't rent a car, you can certainly call local transportation. Robert, the property manager is very resourceful and you can count on him for anything. The Potcake place K9 rescue is a great way to help the island with their rescue and care of the local dog population. Take a puppy for a walk on the beach or around the town. They are so grateful for your time. Check out the snorkeling on the island you can't beat Leo and Manny for entertainment and rum punch and conch salad!! Another taste of the local culture.

We had a bit of rain or our vacation, but that gave us an opportunity to enjoy the amenities at the villa tropica. The property is clean, well-maintained, the chromatic private pool was perfect at night for everyone to enjoy!

The deck around the pool was spacious and the chairs were perfect!! We would highly recommend this property to you and your family. We had 8 people on vacation and we all had plenty of space and privacy in this beautiful home. The grill is perfect with outside dining and music in the comfort of the villa.

Easy pick up with having a dish washer, and the villa has standard oven, refrigerator, deep freezer, microwave, blender, and Tupperware for any leftovers. This is a five star rating for sure!!

We had a group of 8 people and it was just beautiful. The owners are honest and straight forward everything is as stated. The owners responded to every question asked and also forewarned us about the hurricane. We had day by day update on everything prior to our arrival.

This place is simple gorgeous, even with the hurricane we had no complaints. The host of the property is very friendly and helpful. The location of this villa is perfect, it is literally 10 mins away by car from everything(night life, restaurant,shopping etc),15 mins by bike and 20 mins walking if you like.

The beach is walking distance and breathe taking about 5 mins or so. We had a blast everything on the property is up to date and the pool is wonderful.

I would recommend this place without hesitation, it was worth every penny. I assure you, you won't be disappointed.

Despite the hurricane, this property was simply beautiful. It was worth every penny. We had a group of 8, the host was very nice, owners were great. Communication was clear and honest, nothing was hidden everything is exactly as stated. We spent 7 days, and we enjoyed every moment.

Beach is really walking distance and breathe taking, although they said it wasn't at it's best. I truly have no complaints, pool is great, home owners provided all the beach equipment you could possibly need.

Everything is within a 10 minutes drive or if you like riding 15 minutes or walking, everything is close and accessible. I would recommend this place without hesitation on our next visit we will definitely stay here.

Villa Tropica had only minor damage following hurricane Irma and Maria. Our garden has been shaken a lot and we have lost many branches and leaves. We worked hard to restore the garden. Mother nature will do the rest.

Overall Leeward and Grace Bay area had minor damage and almost everything is back to normal. (restaurant, shopping, grocery, beaches, excursions, etc...) Grace Bay beach near the Villa is still beautiful.

We took this opportunity to make a pause in renting up to end of September and do some major work as re-plastering the pool, planting new palm trees, painting and other things.

We took our family with kids ranging from 18-10 and another couple joined us with their 18 year old.

This house met all our needs and more! The property is amazing. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for the amount of people we had. The beach was close and the pool at the house was awesome. Our kids stayed in there all night!

The property was close to all the adventure sites and restaurants! When traveling back we would definitely stay here again!
