Amazing home!

The well appointed home, the location to the beach, the pool! There was so much outdoor living space that our large group was able to spread out or congregate together.
The bedrooms were comfortable and being able to walk across the steeet to the beach access was fantastic. We also took bikes just a short mile down the road to another beach with a beach bar and restaurant.
We had use of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers, all in very nice shape. If you love to walk, the beach sand is pristine and will take your breath away with the views!
Dany and Robert were available to us and very accommodating. We were greeted and were able to call upon them anytime.
This home is a gem! Thank you!!!

Perfect New Year's week in Turks & Caicos

We really loved our stay here. The house was great for our 2 families with four teenagers. The house was incredibly well equipped, and we really appreciated the coolers, towels and beach chairs for our excursions.
The location was easy to walk or bike to the beach. We ended up exploring different beaches most days because we had rental cars. It was fun to snorkel on the reefs just off the beaches on Bight and Smith's Bay beaches and watch the kite boarding off of Long Bay beach.
We were surprised that most beaches and restaurants weren't all that crowded for New Year's week. Robert had lots of great suggestions for us, and we really enjoyed the meal that Nicky prepared for us.
It was very relaxing and low key, and our week went by much too fast!

I would recommend this property highly. We all had a wonderful time in Turks and Caicos. Great for a family vacation.
Great Villa

Our family (13 people) chose Villa Tropica again after our 2017 vacation in Turks and Caicos. It is a spacious property with the gardens and pool which were great for our 4 grands (5, 3, 2, and 1). The adults loved it too!
It is a very good location to access the beautiful beaches! The villa has all the amenities that we look for when renting a property.
Robert is attentive and prompt with any needs that we had. It was a wonderful family vacation!

Villa Tropica is an amazing vacation villa . The well kept,well appointed property met all our expectations of a luxury villa .
The grounds and pool area are spectacular . Having coffee on the pool deck in the morning watching the sun come up over the abundant mature palm trees was one of our favorite times. The superb location of the villa makes it an easy walk or bike ride to the magnificent white sand and turquoise water beach .
The grocery is an easy car ride and the kitchen has all one needs to prepare meals. We chose to eat in and grill most evenings . Our family of seven had more than ample room and privacy staying in Villa Tropica.
Danny the owner was very professional and extremely easy to work with. He quickly answered all our questions and the property manager was very attentive and professional.
We would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay at Villa Tropica again.
