The pictures do not do this home justice. It is beautiful and very comfortable. We were a group of 6 adults and a 1.5 year old. We had tons of space and our two week stay was fantastic.

The owners and property manager were very helpful and always quick to get back to us. The property is clean, private and quiet. Leeward Beach is a couple of blocks away and worth the walk! It was even more beautiful than Grace Bay where the hotels and resorts are located. A car is necessary if staying here as groceries and restaurants are a couple of miles away. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. The only downside to staying here was there were ants...just be sure to put everything sealed away or in the fridge and they won't bother you.

Turks and Caicos is pricey...however there are NO crowds, nobody selling things on the beach and the beaches are the most beautiful I've seen. With next to no one on them.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

This was our 2nd trip to Providenciales and our 1st experience renting a private residence. Booking was very easy and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to our trip. The property is in a beautiful & quiet community. Charlene the property manager was always quick to answer her phone for any of our needs during our stay. There was some construction in the area during the day which we were aware of but it did not disturb our vacation at all. The beach is pristine and amazing!! Great for families or those just looking for some peace & quiet. We were a group of 6 adults and a 22 month old child so it was necessary to take our rental car to the beach which takes only a minute to drive to.

The villa is very spacious with plenty of room for a large group. Furnishings definitely exceeded our expectations and were very comfortable. The library/TV room was our favorite room to relax in at night. We had Chef Mark Clayton come and do a private dinner for us which was one of the highlights of our stay. The garden & pool area is beautifully designed and wonderful to enjoy when not at the beach.

The island is small so everything is close but this home is in a perfect location relevant to Grace Bay, grocery stores, and the prime dining spots. We can't wait to return to Provo again soon.

It was my families second time at Villa Tropica. We were a group of 6 and 8 at some point and the villa was just perfect. It offers lots of space indoors to relax, kick back and enjoy. The gardens around the LARGE pool (with synchronized lights) is beautiful. There is a hammock for two spread between and under the palm trees. The owner has added a pergola over the outdoor dining area which seats 6 to 8 people comfortably. There is also a small cushioned love seat and 2 chairs in the shade to relax.

There is a large deck next to pool for sunbathing. The garden surrounding the pool is magnificent. We loved having the 2 adult bikes to take to the beach which is very close to the villa. No hotels to block your view just beautiful stretches of beach await you.

Charlene, the manager, is available everyday and takes care of all your needs. She is wonderful and very responsive. Nikki, the housekeeper, is just darling. You can even make arrangements with her to come and cook for you. We made several dinners and the kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal.

This is a beautiful home and wonderful for a large group of friends or family. The owner has made some new improvements and continues to do so but everything is just perfect. You will definitely enjoy your stay and all concerned see that you do exactly that.

Oh if anyone golfs the golf course is just a 5 minute drive away. Grocery store is just 8 minutes away.

Villa Tropica was a wonderful home with high end furnishings and a great layout. We were an extended family of 11, to include 6 adults 2 teens and 3 kids age 8-12 years. We all had a wonderful time with plenty of space to spread out. The grounds were well maintained with plenty of space with sun and shade areas and a lot of privacy. The boys especially liked the game room and swimming in the chromatic pool at night. The beach is within walking distance and the home supplied enough chairs, coolers and umbrellas to accommodate everyone. We often loaded one car with all supplies, then walked down. I would recommend a car to get to/ from restaurants grocery, shopping, snorkeling reefs and just for exploring the island. All in all a wonderful home and vacation island I would recommend to anyone.

We chose this villa because we were 8 persons. That's huge, with luxuriant gardens. The property was really well-maintained, including hotel amenities. That's clean inside and outside. We had rent a car, and didn't have to drive very far to have access to boutiques, restaurants and groceries.

Some of my colleagues are jealous, they will certainly reserve for next year. I really recommend it. The owners answered all our questions prior our travel, and everything was like we expected.
