We took our family with kids ranging from 18-10 and another couple joined us with their 18 year old.
This house met all our needs and more! The property is amazing. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for the amount of people we had. The beach was close and the pool at the house was awesome. Our kids stayed in there all night!
The property was close to all the adventure sites and restaurants! When traveling back we would definitely stay here again!
Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.

My friends and I decided to celebrate our milestone birthdays in Providenciales, choosing to stay at Villa Tropica made our celebration really special.
The property has all the comforts of home and more. We were only a 5 minute walk to the beach & minutes away from the islands hot spots.
The pool is absolutely beautiful, and you must take pictures of the patio at night, the coconut trees are wrapped with festive lights & the pool is lit up & inviting. The caretaker of the home is extremely helpful & the owners are very friendly.
I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic for families close to the beach!

Villa Tropica was perfect for our group of 11, including 5 kids 12 and under! Plenty of space for the adults and kids to hang. Loved being so close to the beach - and having multiple spots, each was unique.
Being able to drive to the end of the street and park right next to the access at Sunset Beach was our favorite! We loved exploring the island...and conveniently able to stock up on what we needed each night as we always drove by the grocery store on way home. That AND having Jimmy's right next to Giggles ice cream made everyone happy at the end of the day - adults and kids!
We booked fishing and snorkeling through Dany and it was fantastic. As a property owner, he was fantastic!
Incredibly responsive and organized! Kitchen very well equipped! Could have used a little more hot water from time to time ;-) And instructions for Checking Out. But overall it was an amazing property, location, and vacation!

This property was absolutely gorgeous! Robert greeted us when we arrived, and was very helpful with information.
The house is perfect for several couples to have privacy wherever you go! The saltwater pool was great for cooling off. The hammock in the garden was perfection! We ate most meals at the villa, and spent a lot of time at the outdoor seating area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need...although the one thing we couldn't find was a pizza cutter! lol. Very close to the beach....but we spent most of our time at the house and pool! There is nothing about this house we would change! Very relaxing, perfect vacation.
