A wonderful luxury vacation villa.

Villa Tropica is an amazing vacation villa . The well kept,well appointed property met all our expectations of a luxury villa .
The grounds and pool area are spectacular . Having coffee on the pool deck in the morning watching the sun come up over the abundant mature palm trees was one of our favorite times. The superb location of the villa makes it an easy walk or bike ride to the magnificent white sand and turquoise water beach .
The grocery is an easy car ride and the kitchen has all one needs to prepare meals. We chose to eat in and grill most evenings . Our family of seven had more than ample room and privacy staying in Villa Tropica.
Danny the owner was very professional and extremely easy to work with. He quickly answered all our questions and the property manager was very attentive and professional.
We would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay at Villa Tropica again.

Amazing Vacation!

My sister and I finished grad school and needed to celebrate so we took a family vacation. Our group of 8 adults and one 5 year old had plenty of space in the villa. The villa was amazingly stocked, which was a fantastic perk.
Beautiful landscaping, awesome pool, especially at night with the lighting. A short walk to the beach- some of the most beautiful beaches we have seen. We were a bit hesitant about monitoring our use of the air conditioning and water use- but with the amazing breeze, we hardly had to use the A/C. The breeze reminded me of being in Aruba!
Also, the cell phone provided was very useful.Although we didn't have to use it often, it saved us from international roaming fees. Dany recommended Reuben for transportation who was fantastic.
We did rent 2 cars which was necessary, but Reuben helped the rest of us with airport transfers and luggage. On the way to the airport he even gave us a little tour around as we wanted to see the hospital (most of us in the group are in the medical field).
Robert, the property manager was so nice. Met us at the house, walked us through everything.Very responsive when we had a small problem with one of the air conditioners, was fixed the same day.
Dany, the owner was very prompt with our e-mails. Graceway Beach and Sopadilla Beach were our favorite. The snorkeling at the Bight Reed was unbelievable. My 5 year-old loved the shallow, calm waters at Sopadilla.
I have nothing negative to say about the island or our trip. I will say that there is nothing cheap about it thought!. We have been to many other islands, but I think TCI tops them in cost of groceries. We spoke with one man who moved from Canada to the island and would never go back, but he told us it was not for the "thin of wallet" : ) I would recommend my husband's trick: tell the cashier to not tell you the total cost, hand the credit card over, close your eyes and sign ; )
We would highly recommend this villa and we will be coming back to the island!

Our multi generational family shared this home for a week. We felt safe, comfortable and had plenty of space to interact with each other and also plenty of space for a break from each other;)
We would definitely consider coming and staying again!
The house was complete with everything we needed for a fun week at the beach and at home. The pool was perfect for times when the kids needed a break from the sun and sand. Walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen! A must see!

Everyone had a great time. We had 6 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of space for everyone.
The outdoor area was amazing. If we weren’t in the ocean we were in the pool. We grilled a couple of nights which was a nice change. Plenty of room to eat outdoors
We loved the beach area the best that was closest to the house. It was like our own private beach. When we come back we will definitely stay here again.

My family and I spent 10 wonderful days in this lovely home. The layout is wonderful for a big family. Lots of space to be together and lots of areas for quite times. Bed linens and towels were a very nice quality and plentiful. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with ample supplies of China , glassware & cutlery.
Pool is amazing. Totally relaxing vacation. The beach is a short walk from the house and the family enjoyed snorkeling right in this area. Bring plenty of sun protection as it is expensive to buy.
Fritz provided us with beautiful fresh coconuts from the garden. Robert was available, always with a smile, to answer our questions. & Nicole and her parner had the place shining and were completely unobtrusive.
